Billing questions
What is a check?
One monitored job with its own ping URL. A job that runs every minute and a job that runs once a month each count as one check.
Are pings limited?
No plan charges per ping. Pings faster than one per minute on the same check are accepted but stored as a single entry.
How does the trial work?
Email us and we open a 14-day trial with Team limits. No card is needed. At the end you pick a plan or the account is paused.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, at any time from billing settings. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
How do you take payment?
Starter and Team are billed monthly or annually by card in US dollars. Business can be invoiced annually.
